Designing a mobile app from scratch was not an easy task ! But it's now available on the App Store :) 

For my first year in apprenticeship, I was a webdesigner and community manager for Virtual Sports Chain. VSC is a startup who invented the app Virtual Sports Trading, allowing users to trade actions on football players based on real-time performances and fluctuations of the market. 

To create the mobile app, I needed to elobarote an UI guidelines inspired by their graphic chart.

The next step was the wireframing for the MVP version. For this step, my insight was taken into consideration for the functionalities to keep.

The most difficult part was taking into consideration the adaptability of the navigation for all users and think of all the errors and scenarios possible.

I then designed and prototyped the whole app on Figma.

This whole process took me around 4 months.

As the community manager, I created weekly content and did a makeover to their socials. 

I had to create a community when the app was not released yet, so in order to gather football and trading fans, I created fun and playful content. 

Each week, I analyzed the data from our socials and created a report to adjust our strategy and create new content. 

After 2 months of community management, the followers of Virtual Sports Chain improved by 33.9%.
